RiceKitchen: Thai Vegetarian Cuisine

RiceKitchen was born from my interest in Asian cuisine and my desire to share the knowledge I gained in Thailand while studying with local chefs. In the masterclasses, we cook together step by step, using authentic ingredients and techniques so that the flavors of Thailand can be recreated at home.
Vegetarian cuisine is a practical 3-hour masterclass where we will step by step make fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce, warm eggplant salad, green curry with tofu and pumpkin from our own curry paste, as well as mango ice cream.
