RiceKitchen: Tom Yum Masterclass

RiceKitchen was born out of my interest in Asian cuisine and my desire to share the knowledge I gained in Thailand while learning from local chefs. In the masterclasses, we cook together step by step, using authentic ingredients and techniques so that the flavors of Thailand can be recreated at home.
This is a Thai cuisine masterclass where we will make Tom Yum from scratch and explore the balance of flavors that is characteristic of Thai cooking. The menu also includes Nam Prik Pao chili jam, spicy shrimp salad, Hanglay curry, and banana cake with coconut.
