The Traditional Martinmas Dance Concert of Senior Dance Groups “STEP IN! STEP OUT! DANCE IT OUT!”

The senior dance group “Sidrabaine” invites you to its annual Martinmas dance concert, a warm, energetic, and joyful gathering with dancers and friends from various parts of Latvia.

In Latvian traditions, Martinmas is the time when autumn work comes to an end, the approach of winter is welcomed, and, of course, it is the perfect moment to sing, dance, and celebrate properly. And what could be better than meeting friends on the eve of winter, putting on your dancing shoes, and setting off together in dance?

Every year, “Sidrabaine” welcomes its friends at the Kekava Culture House. Each dance concert is different and unique, filled with emotions, warmth, smiles, dances, and that special energy that appears when friends whose hearts belong to dance meet on stage.

This year’s concert motto is “STEP IN! STEP OUT! DANCE IT OUT!”

We invite you to STEP INTO someone else’s shoes, STEP OUT of the usual, and DANCE A DIFFERENT DANCE! Shoes may be different, steps may be different, but the joy of dancing and being together is always what matters most.
