Choir Singing Festival for Boys and Men “Song. Strength. Friendship. Our Land - Latvia!”

On November 7 at 3: 00 p.m., Ventspils House of Creativity will be filled with powerful male voices, youthful boys’ choir sound, and jazz rhythms, inviting listeners to a magnificent and polyphonic concert.

Choirs from different Latvian cities will meet on one stage - the Ventspils Men’s Choir, the Nīca Men’s Choir, the Brocēni Men’s Choir, the Men’s Choir “Ozols” of the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies from Jelgava, and the Men’s Choir of the Presidium Convention from Riga.

A boys’ joint choir, bringing together the boys’ choirs of Ventspils Secondary School No. 4, Kuldīga, and Liepāja, will give the concert a special sound. Meanwhile, the jazz ensemble “Intro” will add even more musical colors to the program.

The concert will bring together different generations, cities, and musical traditions, creating a unified and festive power of song. It will be an afternoon concert in which the mighty sound of male choirs will intertwine with the energy of young singers and the freedom of jazz.

Admission free.
