Open Your Mouth

On October 8 at 20.00 in the Pavilion of the LKA National Film School

What are we playing? What are we hiding? Shut up. Be ashamed. Don’t come into my s***. But what’s in yours? Show me! Ooo! Ah! Stop. Be quiet. Let’s be quiet. Enough silence. HEY, can we be friends? Or s****? Or fall in love? Open your mouth. What’s that sound? You’re too loud. You’re too quiet. Why are you laughing? Are you for real or just kidding? Are you lying? Am I lying? What are the rules? Us against the world? Me against you? What are we playing? What are we hiding? What are we looking for? What will become of us? In the performance “Open Your Mouth,” choreographer Anna Marija Puķe creates a playful model of the world, in which the usually politely silent and properly controlled bodies are given free rein to twist and overflow like a stream in spring.
