Workshop "PLANT CASTS IN PLASTER"
Capture the delicate beauty of nature and create a unique, three-dimensional interior decoration with your own hands!
In this creative workshop, you will learn the botanical relief technique, a process in which living plants, flowers, and even the most unexpected textures leave their imprint on a clay base and turn into a beautiful plaster artwork.
No technical skills are required. The process is meditative, engaging, and suitable for anyone who wants to take a break from the daily rush and turn the joy of creating into a lasting gift for themselves or loved ones!
🖼️ Your benefit
You will go home with your own botanical relief piece of your choice:
1 large piece (~25 cm in diameter) OR
2 smaller pieces to create a coordinated decorative set!
What will you do and learn?
Material and composition selection: We will use flowers, leaves, meadow plants, and even surprising treasures found in the refrigerator, creating unique and unusual textures.
Creating the imprint: You will learn proper clay preparation and how to press in elements to achieve the finest lines and details.
Plaster casting technique: You will mix the correct proportions and pour the plaster.
Finishing the final piece: After the cast dries, you will reveal and clean the finished relief, and prepare it for hanging on the wall or placing on a shelf.
