In this 2-hour, in-depth program devoted to cognac, we will explore the origins of cognac, its production technology, the main styles, the grapes used, tasting traditions, and the influence of this outstanding drink on culture.

Whisky Masterclass - Peated

Peated, or smoky, whiskies may seem strange and hard to understand at first, but over time they become the most interesting whisky style, when everything else starts to seem boring. It is peated whiskies that stir the strongest emotions and warm you by the fireplace when you have just come in from the forest on a cold winter day. Although today peated whiskies are made all over the world, and truly fantastic examples can be enjoyed from India, Japan, Israel, and of course Ireland, in this masterclass we will stick to the holy grail of single malt whisky - Scotland's exceptional distillates. In the masterclass, we will enjoy both the performance of the great, historic houses of Islay and products from other Scottish regions that are less associated with smoke.
