We invite you to the first LIVE CULTURE evening, a special meeting with the musician ANNIK.

Living culture is a series of events in various places in Latvia, where people, culture and environment meet. Each night is unique - a different place, artists, mood and story.

This evening, you will hear ANNIKA's original music in a live performance, which will be interwoven with an open and unexaggerated conversation about the creative process and the everyday life of an independent artist.

Annika will share stories about the inspiration, discoveries, trials and twists of life gained during her travels, as well as how nature, people and personal experiences influence her creative path.

It will be an opportunity not only to experience the music, but also to see more closely the person and the story behind it.

About ANΝIK

ANNIKA is an indie pop musician, songwriter and performer whose sound is characterized by a unique voice timbre, organic guitar playing and real stage presence.

Performing songs in Latvian and English, Annika directs her creative process herself. Her musical path is rooted in the search for independence and a two-year trip around the world with a bus, in which music was created as a personal diary without the intention of showing it to a wider audience.

The turning point was an invitation from Shipsea to perform together. This became her first invitation to perform her original music in public. This was followed by a return to Latvia to continue sharing his music and performing regularly.

ANNIKA has been nominated for the GAMMA Award in the category "Young Artist of the Year" (2025). Her debut single "The Earth Turns" won the RIGA IFF award for best video, surpassing 70,000

on the listening platform Spotify.

She has performed as a special guest and warm-up artist for such artists as Shipsea, Carnival Youth, Kautkaili, Ainars Mielavs, Olga Rajecka and others, as well as performed 23 solo concerts in the summer season of 2026.

Annika perceives every performance as a unique human encounter and an opportunity to create a true, deep connection with her audience.
