Performance "Freelancers"

A bright and touching story about how even the smallest dreams deserve applause, and how true closeness sometimes turns out to be more important than great success.

"Freelancers" is a comedy about people who have spent their whole lives dreaming of being heard, but in the end have become extras in someone else's story. In the world of irregular work, unfulfilled hopes, and endless compromises, they keep performing because they simply do not know how to live any other way.

The performance is directed by Edvīns Klimanovs.

The play is by Romanian playwright Iona Sapdaru (Ion Sapdaru).

The performance is staged in Russian, with subtitles provided in Latvian and English in the auditorium.
