TOOTH FAIRIES

A crime drama for the whole family

Every day, children all over the world lose their baby teeth, and sooner or later each one of them ends up in the care of the tooth fairies. At least that is how it should be. But lately something suspicious has been happening at the Tooth Fairy Operational Service's Tooth Exchange Center: the warning lights come on, the fairies head out on calls, but the lost teeth have vanished without a trace.

To find out where they have gone, the fairies will have to venture deep into the oral cavity, meet the emaciated Tooth-Eater Caries, the lonely Mister Blombi, the sporty Ūka, the stubborn Frenulum, and the all-knowing Tongue, unravel a particularly brazen conspiracy, and figure out who could possibly need other people's baby teeth, and why.

The family crime drama “The Tooth Fairies” is a musical and educational story about teeth, their care, and everything that happens in our mouths. In the performance, we will find out why teeth need enamel, what tooth-eaters feed on, how people used to clean their teeth in ancient times, why the dentist is really no monster at all, and how even the cleanest mouth can sometimes hide the dirtiest secrets.

A production for primary school children and their parents.

The performance was created with support from the State Culture Capital Foundation’s special program “Creation of content for the program ‘LATVIAN SCHOOL BAG’.”

Premiere: October 31, 2026
