Pop-up Restaurant with Markus Žamoidiks

On October 10, the Mūjāni Community House invites lovers of flavor, gourmets, and anyone interested in food, its nuances, and the stories they hold.

This time we invite you to experience and celebrate new flavor experiences, because the foundation of our one-day pop-up restaurant is sharing - of food, flavors, and the experience itself.

What does a sharing experience mean?

Chef Markus Žamoidiks will prepare three different appetizers, two main courses, and a dessert. All dishes are meant to be enjoyed together, shared, and savored at your own pace. It will be an opportunity to discover different flavor combinations, nuances, and textures - and to choose for yourselves how open you want to be to a new taste experience.

As usual, special attention will be given to seasonal products and ingredients grown in Latvia, allowing them to reveal themselves in a new and unexpected way.

Markuss Žamoidiks is a chef of the new generation with experience in Michelin restaurant kitchens and a deep passion for creating interesting, expressive, and bold flavors. He believes that food should be beautifully presented, but above all, flavor always comes first.
